Homestead Caravan Park & Campsites
Fifteen grassy stands under shady trees. Camp near Addo without having to organise every meal or drive yourself everywhere.
A caravan park in an old garden
The caravan park has fifteen park-like stands laid out across the Homestead property, each a grassy area under shady trees. There are two kinds: tent sites, which take up to three campers, and caravan sites, which are more generous and take up to five.
Every caravan site has its own tap with a water supply and 220V electrical points, and every stand has a braai. The ablution block is communal, fitted with showers and serviced daily, with laundry facilities and a scullery. You bring your own tent or caravan; everything else is here.
What makes it work is the rest of the property. You get the same swimming pool as the guesthouse, the same breakfast if you want it, and the Travel Addo Farmstall a short walk away with delivery to the door. The birdlife is worth the time, and guests regularly tell us they spent their first day doing nothing but sitting on their patch, reading.
